La Calma Poshtel

The property was cute and in area where everything was. The problem was we did not have a working air conditioner unit in the room, we were there for hours and they said they could not come out until the next day. It was 80 degrees in the room and it was also in the 80’s outside. The customer service representative was nice , but the property management team is horrible! They will not help for anything, we met a couple who was locked out of their room and they were told the same thing it will be tomorrow before they can get in their room. They would not even offer us another room! Please do not stay here unless you a prepared to have ANY issue not resolved.

The hotel was convenient! First night we arrived the first room was filthy but luckily they moved us to a nice clean room within a hour with no problem. Very close to la placita!! Ubers were super cheap

No hay area de lobby, el Hotel a la hora del check-in te envia un mensaje de texto con la información y la clave de la puerta y ya. Pero la habitación muy cómoda, el baño igual.

Was only able to stay 2 days out of 5 because of power outages. Staff was nice enough to comp me for the last 3 days, so I'll be back! Thank you Ricardo!

I didn’t end up staying here. There was hair, stains and what looks like tiny bugs in the sheets and the sheets looked like they had not been straightened out after the previous guest. I’m still getting the runaround about my refund. Cheap is very expensive. Pay the higher price for a chain hotel instead of this “boutique” hotel.

Smallest place ive ever stayed at. Two people and one luggage will hardly fit. The humidity if you shower will make the whole place including the walls, wet and it would leak everywhere. Probably has mold in the walls. The area isnt safe to walk around
