La Calma Poshtel

Great for an overnight and easy Uber to airport. There's a small restaurant open only on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The food is good, but if you're a light sleeper, the music might disturb you, but we were fine. Room is clean and modern and we were pleasantly surprised with a bathtub! The waterfall shower was to die for. All other hotels were too expensive.

Would definitely come back again. Very clean place and very chill area ✍️

It was ok, we had a bed, shower and ac. Nothing special.

I left the first night I got to this hotel after a long day of traveling and in need of rest there was a broken AC unit, low water pressure, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the bed was uncomfortable, and there were so many clubs around which made it so loud; especially because they have a bar connected right under the building. When I spoke to the on-call hotel host, she told me there was no one available to fix the AC until the morning. Immediately, I booked a much better hotel for less cost and when I spoke to the manager the next morning letting them know I’ll be checking out, they told me I can just leave without signing anything and I cannot get a refund directly from them because I booked through Expedia; When I spoke to Expedia they told me they had to request a refund from them and I was denied the refund. I do not recommend this hotel unless all of these things do not bother you and you don’t want your moneys worth.

Nothing. I couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t enjoy my stay. Terrible location

Terrible experience. The location is awful and feels unsafe — the area is full of junkies, and the overall atmosphere is disturbing. The place smells like mold, and to make things worse, there’s a bar in the same building that is not mentioned in the listing. The noise goes on until 2:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. This property is completely misrepresented online. It’s more like a motel than a boutique hotel. I’m extremely disappointed and feel like my vacation and time to rest were ruined. I demand a full refund. This was a waste of time and money.

Was in the worse neighborhood in Puerto Rico the sheets were dirty there was always dirt on the floor and the trash was always full

I didn’t have a double bed and that’s what I booked and the bedsheets were clean, I paid and didn’t even stay the night because of the dirty bedsheets and nobody ever responded back to me when I called and reached out via email.
