Clean bedding and towels. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The furniture was worn and the walls lacked an appearance of cleanliness.

Recibí un email diciendo que de 2:30pm a 3:00pm estaría recibiendo los códigos de acceso por mensaje de texto. Llamo a las 3:05pm ya que no habían llegado los códigos y me dicen que de 5min a 10min los estarían enviando. Llego al lugar a esperar en mi vehículo a que llegue el mensaje con los códigos pero pasaron 45 min y volví a llamar, en esta ocasión no contestaron. Cuando por fin me contestan me dicen que no me había llegado el mensaje porque trataron de cobrar y no pudieron. Al momento de yo hacer la reservación escogí la opción de pagar al llegar. A fin de cuentas no nos quedamos, luego de haber pagado, un lugar de mucho ruido, negocio en la planta baja, no hay estacionamiento (sí lo dicen que no lo proveen) pero no dicen nada de la discoteca que tienen abajo. ¿Cómo pretenden que sus huéspedes se sientan cómodos si ni pueden descansar debido al ruido extremo de la música? Y si es algo que no pueden controlar ni cambiar pues al menos consideren bajar la tarifa por noche. Un motel es más económico y más espacioso. $93 perdidos

the property shows many pictures that are not included in the hotel. we arrived early and were locked out of the property until 3 since there is no lobby or anyone to check you in. no fridge, no microwave and no elevator. good for one night.

I love the balcony!

I booked a king bedroom with balcony and had a late check in. When i arrived to the property the room I was provided with was not a room with a balcony when I reached out to property management I was told they would resolve the issue the following day. I didn't hear from anybody and when I tried calling no one answered or responded to my text messages. What's even more frustrating is there's no front office to go to. My bedding in the room was fiery and the room wreaked of mildew.

I canceled the reservation and to avoid returning the money, the owner told Expedia that I was staying at the hotel. The owner knew I was going to cancel.

I love that there is no staff, I love self check in places. Oh and it would be awesome if you could add a mini fridge but everything was super good.

Had a 1week reservation stay at this location. There are no staff to check in. They text message you the pin to enter the building,enter the door to your floor and to enter your room. Wasn't aware we had to share the shower and toilet with the other rooms on our floor (4) Stayed 1 sleepless night there. Next day rented in Palmas Del Mar a 5 star resort for the remainder of the week

We liked La Calma Poshtel! Everything was nice and clean and the hotel was very clear with its directions! The only downsides were that at night the street it was on was pretty loud. Overall, I would stay again!
