Came for my husbands birthday , requested room to be decorated , staff took a very long time to make room ready saying they were preparing room when I come see it balloons are inflated and falling apart , had a nonworking phone in the rooms I had to keep coming to the front for any request , requested to fix my phone in the room twice never fixed , luggage took a very long time to come up . I have a 2 year old daughter I had to keep asking the front for her things because they had not taken the luggage up . They block my access out of my room second day because for some reason they couldn’t charge my card but I’m whole stay was paid for before my arrival !! Lunch at the deep end terrible service barely no one there , evening dining was better . And to complete my horrible experience my husband’s watch went missing from the beach and a birthday gift card and postcard from room . The hotel compensated $300 per all that happened this is beyond ridiculous !!

Everything the location is nice from the beach area there is absolutely nothing close to walk to for after the restaurant in the hotel close I have medical disability I need to take medication w something other than nasty tap water in a bottle and our dd was stolen twice and grubhub never delivered the TV didnt work and phone nothing but static. The restaurant were horrible full of grease ans the kids screaming all night not a good honeymoon trip it was horrible No vending machines really ridiculous oh and pool closes at 7pm like wtf 😒

Frühstück war gut. Einmal Buffet bestellt und einmal a la Carte ein griechisches Yoghurt. Ich hatte etwas zuviel Früchte auf meinem Teller vom Buffet geholt. Daher gab ich meiner Frau ein kleines Stück Ananas und eine einzelne Erbeere zum versuchen. Unsere Waiterin sah wie meine Frau diese zwei Sachen probierte und meinte sie müsse nun das Buffet zweimal berechnen. Wir konnten uns dann mit dem Chef de Service einigen, dass dies doch sehr übertrieben war und bekamen schlussendlich die korrekte Rechnung.

Zimmer Reinigung. Erst durch reklamieren um 17.oo Uhr wurde das Zimmer gereinigt.

Room was different from the picture. A little pricey for what we got. Pillows were awful and there weren’t any extra.
