Nick from Valet was amazing! Loved our rides on the buggy with him. Super friendly and had great customer service! Would highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed the couples facials with enhancements. It was 50 minutes of pure relaxation and zen. I definitely recommend the spa and this treatment. Thanks to Juiliana and Chris at the front desk for the warm reception and tour of the spa. Our aestheticians Sabrina and Natalia were phenomenal. They made us feel so comfortable and were very professional.

Nathan S. was so friendly. He always offered water as we left and was always willing to give directions. A minimum of 100 chars is ridiculous!

Great hotel—beautiful view. Staff were super kind, helpful, and professional. Cleaning team did an exceptional job as well. I’d be remiss not to mention the valet team: Ethan Y, Ethan S, Colin, and Tim. Great communication, very low wait time, and super friendly.

The hotel is so nice and everyone is very kind and welcoming! The valet employees are super nice and took us on a Moke ride around the area. Ethan was so fun and professional. Nick was such a safe and fun driver! Gavin and Bryce were very attentive! 10/10 experience

Stayed at this JW for 4 days over winter break. Appointed in beautiful Christmas decorations the hotel was what I expected at this brand. Staff were friendly and professional, drinks were good (Carmen the bartender was very friendly), fitness center was large and clean as was the room. Beautiful view of the inlet and ocean during sunset. Visited the spa and got a pedicure that included time in the steam room and Sauna. Amanda and Chris were both very helpful in booking a time and making me feel welcome. Cat (Catherine) provided a professional manicure and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Would stay at this Marriott property again.

Both the night manager Peter and the front desk, young lady Carolina, did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, when I went to check in to the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach, I had a personal situation that had risen and needed to cancel my stay at this beautiful hotel. Both employees got right to work and allowed me to cancel last minute and had a very positive attitude while doing so. People like them set the standard for true customer service and having a big heart caring for customers of their establishment. I want to say thank you to both and God bless Peter and Carolina. Well, done, I hope to see you both again under better circumstances for myself.
