Amazing huge rooms! Super clean. The best sunset on the roof top with cup of tea! Very relaxing evening in the hot sauna and cold nice swimming pool. Superb! 100% recommedasion! =)

The view was really nice and the sunset is just something. Staff is supper friendly specialy girl at the reception who was smiling all the time and was very helpful.

They didn't provide any face or hand towels. Only one towel per person for body so you had to use it for everything

Extremely lovely and helpful staff. Always trying to improve their accomodation and satisfy every request (they organised our drive to denpasar airport despite the lack of taxis and grab) Lots of excellent services Good breakfast and possibility to organise lunch/dinner directly in the accomodation Nice common spaces where you can eat, relax and do whatever you want Nice pool. Presence of sauna. Very big room and bathroom with both shower and bath tub, also big wardrobe Easy to reach and in a strategic position to reach the three lakes, munduk and all the waterfalls present in this area We hadn't any problem because of noise from outside or other rooms (well noted: almost every accomodations in bali has thin walls, so we didn't find a difference between this accomodation and the others we visited) We would surely suggest this accomodation to everyone

Very big spacious room with nice hydromassage bath. Room had a smart TV with Netflix and youtube Very friendly and welcoming staff

Not very comfortable mattress and location is a bit isolated from everything . Breakfast and food from the restaurant was decent. Sauna is not recommended.

Location was a little further than I expected but if you have a driver or scooter it’s ok. Facility and staff was great though. The serenity and view were amazing!

Beautiful accommodations but they are too many flaws. Great view. And that's all the good I have to say the rest is bad.

1. Bad shower preasure no consistent hot water , 2.ultra thin wall between room you can hear everything small sound, 3 no bed lamps for reading in bed 4.they tell you about the sauna,in the name of the place, but it doesn't work properly, not hot!! 5. We had to beg many times to try to get are breakfast on time. 6.The breakfast comes with no bread, the want extra for a slice of bread we wanted with the omelette, ridiculous!! 7.The place is far from any restaurant and they have no taxi driver on hand. This made getting dinner very complicated. 8. We ask to for pool towel. 9.the room towels where thin and stained.
