Great friendly service and our room was very comfortable and well equipped . Food quality was decent

There is a roof top bar with amazing views to the north, however the resort does not stock or offer alcoholic drinks and there are no shops nearby to buy them either.

3 points for the view, one for the jacuzzi, and one area it was located. You can walk down from the hotel and see 5 waterfalls within a long hiking day from Air Terjun Munduk waterfall down to Air Terjun Melanting.

The complementary tea does not have a set time which makes it hard to plan for with a napping baby. The management tried to rip us off with their taxi service and got it 1/6 of the price they offered compared to what we got with a local driver. The pool was incredibly cold and we only used it once and never saw any other guests use it. You have to order breakfast in the evening before you get it. And you cant rely on it to be there at 8 if you say that you want it at 8. The kitchen is outside, that is somewhat fine, but is very poorly equipped. We saw everything that Munduk had to offer and moved on. We booked 10 nights and stayed only 5.

There was no seating area as described in my booking The pool is ice cold The sauna is warm at best The food was very disappointing even for the price Hot water ran out almost instantly so had to take quick showers and definitely couldn't make use of the bath tub The roof leaked in 3 places it was extremely hard rain and atleast it wasnt above the bed Mini fridge rattled so loud i just unplugged it The heater couldn't keep up with the poor insulation but atleast I had a dog to cuddle with

It was amazing! I didn’t miss anything. But most of all I was amazed about the staff, how helpful they were. I had quite a few requests, and they did everything to help me, so that everything was to my best contentment. 

Just the WiFi was a bit weak at times, but no issue for my needs. And the breakfast was definitely OK, but not brilliant, like the rest. 

Super helpful staff, beautiful view from the terrace, unfortunately only in the rare moments when clouds didn't obscure the horizon. Nice food.
