Moustache Ranthambore Luxuria

The complex was pretty, peaceful, and secluded. Treetop seating area was nice. Staff were all very attentive. Food was tasty, breakfast was good and you could order multiple dishes. Fairly close to Ranthambore National Park, and breakfast timings allowed for us to eat after our early safari. Staff helped us arrange our onward journey (and the driver we gor was excellent - best we've had on our whole trip). Pool was pleasant (though a bit chilly). First hotel to supply actual hair conditioner!

Property wanted payment in advance, and originally wanted me to pay via link over WhatsApp, but managed to get them to send via booking.com for security. Main member of staff wasn't around when we checked in, so check in experience was being left in our room waiting for someone to tell us more info (complex is very dark and we didn't know where dinner or anything was). No one told us you needed to heat the water tank in advance so had no hot water when we went for a shower.

Staff was very welcoming , room size bathrooms were clean and hygienic

Location and Approach road , swimming pool old benches open area was badly managed . Property has storm water at various places water logged mostly . Very basic food menu

The food was great and the restuarant manager was excellent.

We booked in April, a long time ahead as we wanted to do a safari. They completely messed up the booking of this so we ended up not leaving the property. The property itself is shabby, the rooms are OK but the gardens and pool are in need of maintenance. At the end they also messed up our taxi and we almost missed our train, we would have missed it had it had been on time! This was all down to the hotel manager, who talks a good game but unfortunately doesnt deliver.

Just maintain the area , grass and bushes need to be cut regularly

The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing 👏 The food is delicious and the staff takes of everything, so you can just relax and enjoy the time.

Toffe rustige verblijfplaats. Mooie ruime kamers met alle voorzieningen. Ontbijt en diner zeer lekker. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad was top.

De kamer was prima en ruim. Het restaurant was goed en de staff deed keihard haar best om aan onze wensen te voldoen. Wd hebben er heerlijk gegeten.

Bij aankomst moet je papieren ondertekenen over aansprakelijkheid bij een dieren aanval wat maakte dat de kinderen ook overdag hun kamer bijna niet uit durfden. Het hoge gras de 1e 100 meter naar de poort helpt ook niet vooral niet sls je voor een safari naar de poort moet lopen in het schenerdonker. Zorg voor een overzichtelijker terrein. Zwembad area kan wel een likje verf gebruiken.
