It was a wonderful experience, the resort location is amazing and the staff is very polite and helpful. Special mention about Mr. kunal for being so helpful and patient with all our queries. One would not regret booking stay at this property. The property is very close to the national park entry gate and the landscaping inside the property is appreciable. Worth the stay.

Staff were exceptional, food was beautiful and the position to the park was perfect. The Pool was an added bonus to cool down each day.

An excellent boutique hotel and our favourite stay in our trip across India so far. Beautiful location next to the national park with a lovely pool and a pretty platform to watch the sunset. Great staff and helpful manager with a delicious restaurant. Very easy to arrange a safari and sightseeing through the hotel. 10/10 , thank you so much!

The resort is closest to nature and that's what makes it most refreshing !

Quiet, nice views, backside is just a village closed to the national reserve fence

When we arrived, the bathroom smelled urine. I called room service, they came but nothing really improved after their whatever actions. In the end, I had to clean to toilet myself to get rid of the smell. Room was dusty. Location is quite remote from almost everything. If you don’t have a car, it will cost you easily 800 - 1500 rupees to reach the national park. The food was ok. I got food poisoning after eating there.

Great staff that was super kind and helpful in many ways. The food was great, the location was also good as it was 20 min. walk to the pick up point for Safari tours. It had a very nice pool, good facilities and the overall atmosphere was great.

The WiFi could be better, but it was also good to detox from that for a while.

Beautiful surroundings. Rooms were amazing. Staff friendly. And lots of choices in the restaurant or for room service. Great swimming pool as well. Would highly recommend

Nothing it was a lovely place

the customer service from the staff was fantastic. Even though the property was short of staff but everyone in the team were making sure to provide exceptionl customer service with a smile on the face.

Hotel management charged us 500 rupees as I accidentally broke a water glass while eating. After asking them that why are they charging so much they said they have to charge for the full set not for 1 glass that I broke. So if you are travelling with your kids make sure they don't break anything or you'll end up paying a lot extra than you expect. It's not about Rs.500 but this shows the lack of customer service from their management team.
