Great staff and a Safari feel about it.

The staff were kind and helpful. Only 1 person speaks English so you have to communicate through them. Bedroom and bathroom were very nice and nice decor. Location to zone 1-5 entrance is about 15 mins walk away or 4 min tuk tuk ride.

The false advertising of a 5 star hotel which is only a 3. The property is tired and dirty. The pool area especially. They don’t do a turn down service. We stayed 3 days and the room wasn’t cleaned once. When I asked for some fresh towels I did so 5 times before any were given. When eating in the restaurant they serve drinks in paper cups which seems strange. There was no hot water or WiFi. The lack of WiFi meant we weren’t able to get our tickets for the safari and nearly missed it.

I loved that the facility was quiet. It was very tranquil.
