Great location. The room (small apartment) is big with a balcony. Clean. Overall very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The bathroom had some water clogging problem. So the first day I took a shower - the water ran all the way to my room !!

Utrolig venligt personale. Perfekt rengøring og dejlig morgenmad. Ligger i et godt kvarter. Vi fik lov at lade vores ting blive i lejligheden uden ekstra gebyr, da vi skulle på weekendtur og fik også lov at tjekke senere ud end normalt. Manageren hjalp os med at booke verdens bedste og flinkeste chauffør - Bruce- , som kørte os på weekendtur fra BISABO til Vulcanoes National Park og retur igen. Han var meget vidende om Rwandas historie, kultur og natur.

Der var lidt problemer ved ankomsten med at få varmt vand. Det blev dog ordnet hurtigt.
