Proximity to centre Bedroom and a queen bed and a single bed.. some storage The living room sofa bed was open so not much living space and the table provided was tucked in a corner in the bedroom.

1)Instructions to enter building were not clear. It was not obvious that in order to receive the entry code one had to pay a city tax. We were stranded outside for over 40 min waiting for a response to the email sent. Luckily two other guests were entering the building while I waited to hear back from the owners. They explained to me that this city tax had to be paid ..that the same thing happens to them. Upon paying online I received the code. A bit later as I was going out to explore the city, another person was standing outside the building confused as well as she too did not know about this city tax payment requirement in order to receive a door access code. Unfortunately for this woman who was elderly, she did not speak Italian. Her emails were only in German and I was struggling to assist her. I ended up emailing the owners via my contacts to explain that there was an elderly guest stranded and their response was that she had to pay the city tax. I do not believe she was able to get this settled. She was very distraught. This is not the way to treat your clients. Please clearly explain this step in the future to simplify the entry procedures 2) pillows on sofabed were only the sofa pillows inside pillow cases.. not real pillows. The buttons could be felt through the pillow cases. 3) fridge and a kettle: no other offerings -glasses ,cups 4) air conditioning was not set and they were not willing to turn it in for us despite the usually hot temperatures in May.

The place is nice, clean and quiet. Nice environment. Very central. The bed os very comfortable and fresh. The air conditioning was good, regulated in a suitable way. Not too cold and not hot. Just enough

I didn't like the digital entry. It's good to meet someone in such a place, even just one staff. People having difficulty couldn't find someone to speak with. Thay can push clients away

The Apartment is super well located and the self check-in worked without a problem!

It could have been a little bit cleaner and maybe make the doors more soundproof, because you could hear every resident that came in the building.

The room was comfortable, with more or less everything. Nice area, close to the center.

Pleasant building, excellent location, comfortable bed, large room and very spacious bathroom.

Very unreliable wifi in room #6 (the internet connection was dropped very frequently, and even at the best of times it was slow). Woefully inefficient heating (upon entry, the temperature of the room was 13 degrees centigrade; despite the fact that we ran the heater non-stop, the room temperature only managed to finally reach a comfortable 20 degrees on the last morning of our three-day stay). Gaining access to the building and the room is via pinpads. The pin-code provided to us by E-mail successfully opened the building door, but at first didn't work on the room door (whose pinpad is, at any rate, difficult to discover because it reveals itself only after touching the area above the door handle); only after contacting the owner twice did we get the door to the room to finally unlock. (The pin-code worked flawlessly after that point.)
