it was a great location, 5 minutes from Prato and bus stops

all was OK the room was ok but wasn't any coffee/tea even we had kettle and you need to understand how to close/open a door with a pin it's OK just when you close you need to put the pin

Quiet

Pillow cover had a brown stain on it which took 48 hours to replace. When I sent a photo to the staff they replied very slowly and with hostility.

It is located near Prato della Valle so the area is very nice. Near to supermarkets and parks.

The bathroom was incomplete. The room is rather small. My room was right at the entrance so it wasn’t peaceful at all. We would always hear other people talking, entering…

The room was clean, had natural light and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like that everything is managed with online codes and there is no physical key. Sometimes the codes didn't work and the alarm went off.
