HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Check in time was anytime but the address was an abandoned building with really disgusting service. Called the number and it sent me to an empty lot. I couldn’t reach any employee or owner to figure out what to do. Called close to 20 times over a few days and never got an answer. I booked 3 nights and wasn’t even able to stay for one. Worst experience ever and will never go back to this place
The address led us to a cemetery , and thet wouldnt answer there phone and no help from Expedia either !!!
The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the "res dogs". 😊
There are no frills with this place but the kind girl who checked us in did the best she could given her circumstances.
My daughter’s cabin was fine. Mine had issues, TV did not work, coffee maker was not clean, old grounds in filter, no coffee cups, no Kleenex.
Looks CAN be deceiving. But it was a cozy little place to stay. The water from the sink tap was HOT…the shower, not so much. But we survived. Maybe a little bit more upkeep on the outside of the cabins…overall, a good memory
Address brought us to a cemetery on a horribly rough road, no car could get there, but that was incorrect. Lacking lots of things in apartment
Shower didn’t appear to have been cleaned before our stay. There was a used bar of soap still present.
This place is a scam. They overcharged our credit card, they will not answer the phone, they asked us to text them, they will not answer text. We did not stay at the property because we thought it was sketchy that there was never anyone there to answer a phone. I do not expect to get the cost of the reservation back, however they overcharged our credit card 350$. When we were able to reach them they said you’ll have a refund in 2 weeks, 2 weeks go by no refund, they become unreachable again. Finally my husband gets through they say will refund the overcharge, and still nothing. This place is without a doubt a scam. They are so unprofessional. Orbitz is also awful and have done nothing to help us get this refund. Stay away. If you want to be on the east side of the park stay at the glacier peaks hotel and casinos had a nice stay there.
Family ran, this is a rustic accomodation. Not a hotel if that's what you're looking for. We came here looking for a camping style cabin nd that's exactly what we got: heater, beds and a private bathroom was a plus! Take your toiletries and comfy towel if you are used to luxury. The microwave and fridge was a great amenity to have. Also they had dishes. I didn't need to use mine. Staff was very friendly! Again, to find luxury get a hotel, for rustic stay this was great (we are campers usually). TV and hot water were working contrary to other reviews. Internet is slow but we were there to spend time in nature.
