EGM Cabins & Apartments

I was told that Expedia overbooked and I was told to go to another motel 20 miles away. The motel I went to had only dirty rooms which they cleaned while we waited and it was about 2 times the price. Expedia and this hotel is the worst experience I have had

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I don't know what pictures they are using to describe these cabins but they are smaller than a tool shed. 2 suitcases would not fit in this room. The bed is smaller than a full size bed- oh and it's on the ground. you walk into a trailer to check in. So I walked immediately out and booked the first quality room available. It's been 2 days and still haven't heard from the manager about a refund. Do NOT STAY HERE!!!!

It was good. It was a small town, countryside kind of property outside the Glacier park. The price is quite good as compared in the area. Please use access via Browning instead of coming short cut through the Glacier park from St Mary. It is beautiful, scenic but a lot of zigzag through the mountains. There are few dining spots in the area.

Do Not stay at this property! Booked a 3 night stay to be billed at the property when we stayed according to Expedia. Room was charged to our credit card immediately upon booking. Room charged again to my credit card the day we checked out which I disputed with the credit card company and then EGM tried to charge my card again on 8/24. The room we reserved did not seem exists-one queen bed and one king bed - at least we never saw it. First we were given a small cabin with one bed, we told them we paid for two beds so was given another small cabin with two beds both of which had no where to put luggage they were so small. Finally we were moved to a room with two queen beds. The carpet was filthy and looked liked it had not been vacuumed in weeks.The vinyl floor in the kitchenette and bathroom was dirty and torn. The curtain rod was not long enough to cover the window which looked out onto the parking lot so one end of the curtain was tacked to the wall and we were able to hook the other end onto the window casing for privacy. There was no blow dryer, no tissue in the tissue box and paint was chipping off the walls. The pictures on Expedia of rooms and property are misleading. The property is run down and we did not see any rooms that looked like the pictures. The bright spot was the two people trying to run the place were working hard but had little to work with. Tried to contact owner about another incorrect charge but email and phone messages were never returned.

Older facility and needs a lot of work

Great Location, Friendly staff. However, The kitchen is grossly under supplied. Bring your own plates, cups, silverware, can opener to start. The appliances are clean and in good working order. Also when we rented it was advertised as sleeping 6. It did not. There was bedding wadded up and shoved in the top of a closet, but no bed to put it on. Wound up renting a second unit so we had enough beds for everyone.

Seemed overpriced for the quality of the room in that area. Understand it was under new management and changes take time.

The property itself was grear and comfortable but pre-reservation communication was terrible. It was not possible to reach the property by phone and I never received it response to either my text or email. Even Expedia was not able to reach the property by phone.Onsite staff at checkin was awesome but I gave the 2 rating for the abysmal communication before arrival

I never stay again

Nothing good to say...TV didn't work . Took about a hour to fix and then no local channels ... No curtains on windows overlooking bedroom..no hairdryer or soap.. mattress was horrible.. it collapsed almost to floor when sat on ... Coffee maker but no cups ... Wasn't worth $40 much less $121
