GBFresh, clean, staff are energetic and very hard working, nothing was a problem from the person checking us in to the bar lady, everyone seemed to take real pride in this place. Room was amazing, amazing view, dyson fan, good steamer for shirts suits and dresses.
The lift was broken but they said they are fixing it, only dident like it as we where on the top floor, but anyone with a BMI of under 400 should be ok, it wont kill you.
GBthe organisation was lacking. my room had a severely blocked bar drain in the shower so I spent valuable time literally mopping up water to stop it flooding the room. i dont think the staff took my warning seriously so I gave up trying to protect their floors! a great shame in a new, well appointed building.
