GBthe organisation was lacking. my room had a severely blocked bar drain in the shower so I spent valuable time literally mopping up water to stop it flooding the room. i dont think the staff took my warning seriously so I gave up trying to protect their floors! a great shame in a new, well appointed building.

The lift wasn't working (am sure a short term issue), and the stairs needed a bit of a hoover. Daytime-only reception makes it feel low-staffed and hence questionable value for money.

We were on the second floor, so climbing up and down with our luggage was slightly uncomfortable. I did see an elevator but that wasn’t working, so maybe it was just broken when we visited
GBThe hotel was in a great location in the centre of Cowes, refurbished to a high standard, the room was equipped with everything needed, spare toothbrush, nail file, loofah, sewing kit etc. Met the owners who were really friendly. 2 bars, the one upstairs only opening at night, but was beautiful and a touch quirky. Didn't actually have a drink there, but will definitely spend the evening there next time.
Possibly a better selection of tea for the room, green, or chamomile? And more of it? Instant coffee would have been fine, but from what I remember there was only enough for one coffee each?
GBBest option in the region for a business trip for GKN/additional purposes with good rooms. The bathroom, bed, room layout, provisions and cleanliness; all the basics are present and comfortable to use. Nice staff.
The hotel has a random layout and doesn’t seem convincing on entry and reception. The hallways are subpar.
