Pinnacle Suites Hotel

Staff were really nice and welcoming.

We had a slow running drain in the shower, which i reported but it didn't seem that they did anything as it was still slow the next day. Other than this it's lovely.

We had been at the festival and decided we wanted to stay in Cowes after it for 3 nights, hotel was great location. Lovely rooms and tastefully decorated. We would book a bigger room with sea view rooms next time.

The room i booked didn't have air-conditioning but did have a dyson fan, which was a help. Didn't realise how extremely hot the weather was going to be. But Zoe kindly moved us to air-con room, when one was free..

Location right next to ferry terminal and amenities west Cowes Smooth check in and very friendly helpful chap. Amazing air conditioning in room, which was much appreciated given how hot it was.

Erratic room service. Virtually empty shampoo and empty body wash on first day. Had to ask at reception for toilet roll as not left any new when returned after first day. No service at all on last day. Unclear why. Meaning no toilet roll or coffee pods replaced and having to use box of tissues. And no one then around to ask.

Location is perfect

We stayed for four nights. We arrived to find the lift broken. It wasn't going to be repaired for two weeks. They knew this and did not advise us. We had to carry our luggage up 6 flights of stairs and then down one. The self check in was not working so we had to wait for someone to check us in. The room was very small! No storage to speak of. One very small hanging rail and four very small shelves. The bed was small. When the shower was turned on it flooded the bathroom and into the bedroom. This was definitely not something that had just happened. This was a known issue and yet they checked us into the room. We used the rubber shower mat to stop the flood. When that was turned over it had long black hairs on the underside. Not ours! This had not been cleaned. The shower door slid across. It did not shut like a normal door, the toilet is right next to the door. You get the picture as did the person not using the toilet. The hairs on the shower mat matched the ones on the duvet cover!! The cleaning of the room was dreadful. They clearly though making the bed was sufficient. The coffee cups were not cleaned and the coffee and tea supply was not replenished. The room had no fridge so we could not keep anything cool including milk as no milk was supplied. The air conditioning unit was above the bed and noisy so it could not be used at night. All in all a very poor experience.

Superb location with great views of the river and marina

The owners were both lovely and have put a lot of effort into to making this place beautiful, was even served a drink by a robot 😂 would highly recommend thanks for a lovely stay

Fresh, clean, staff are energetic and very hard working, nothing was a problem from the person checking us in to the bar lady, everyone seemed to take real pride in this place. Room was amazing, amazing view, dyson fan, good steamer for shirts suits and dresses.

The lift was broken but they said they are fixing it, only dident like it as we where on the top floor, but anyone with a BMI of under 400 should be ok, it wont kill you.
