The ambience

Unwillingness to go the further mile for a guest. Unnecessary upgrade fee charged due to miss understanding on booking on what a non smoking room and a smoking room implies. With understanding, guest would hv reconsidered other hotel options or else be give a free upgrade on tht merit. Rooms are cubicles.. hotel must consider a pool

The breakfast was all inclusive and really nice!

The separation barrier between the master bedroom and the other room (family room) should be worked on and made a bit more private.

Excellent location. Unique atmosphere. Clean and modern.

Not well equipped for business travel. Most rooms don’t have a desk in them, rooms with balconies have a small table outside but it’s not suitable for working on a computer for more than 20 minutes. There are no work stations in the communal area, and neither the restaurant nor the rooftop bar had any tables with power points to charge laptops. And the WiFi is horrific. It just doesn’t work.
