internet did not work in my room. Room smelt like a toilet!

Concept and location

The showers had no windows or functioning air circulation, when the airconditioner is used a stuffy smell fills the room. We ordered breakfast to go and where given rotten fruit!!!! That’s just unacceptable.

My stay was very disappointing mainly because of the terrible customer service. During breakfast, one waiter was rude and dismissive. We chose a table, but he refused to let us sit there, saying he had already cleaned it for lunch in a very arrogant manner. The room was booked for two people, but only one towel was provided. I called reception for extra towels, and no one ever brought them. There was also a clear sense of racial bias white guests were served promptly while black guests were often ignored or repeatedly asked for their room numbers, even after confirming at the entrance. After breakfast, I bought water and asked to charge it to my room, but they refused. The supervisor was equally unhelpful and dismissive.
