"Overall it was okay but I would not want to stay there again."

Excellent location, we liked that it's located opposite the Mall. Food is good, the chefs can cook but there is no variety at the breakfast buffet, so you eat the same things every morning. The facilities are nice and the concept of the hotel is good.

The staff members were not as friendly as I experienced the previous year, the people make the place more comfortable and nice. The current batch of staff felt like maybe something was wrong at the working environment. On the first night we had bed sheets and towels that were supposed to be white but were turning yellow. We suspected that it wasn't washed.
