Clean, spacious, excellent facilities & excellent communication

The accommodation was advertised and booked as an “apartment with sea view,” which was the sole reason for choosing this property. Upon arrival, it became immediately clear that the room did not have a sea view. When this issue was raised with the property, I was informed that the room only offered a partial sea view and that the listing had since been updated. However, I have clear screenshot evidence from the time of booking showing that the room was advertised as having a sea view. Updating the listing after a booking has been made does not change what was originally sold and paid for. Throughout the stay, I repeatedly contacted the property requesting either a move to a sea-view room or an appropriate partial refund. Despite these requests, no alternative room was provided, even though rooms appeared to be unoccupied at various points. After some initial communication, the property stopped responding entirely and ignored further messages, leaving the issue unresolved before checkout. This lack of communication, combined with the misleading room description and failure to offer any resolution during the stay, was extremely disappointing and had a significant negative impact on what was meant to be a special family occasion.

Location is very central and convenient. Great price and good communication from staff. Place was clean.

Couldn't see out the window. No tea towel to dry dishes. Beds quite small and only 1 pillow each. Those little extras go a long way for comfort.
