The room was nice, clean, comfortable and the location was 30 seconds away from the seafront. I enjoyed my time there. I was located room 1 on the ground floor and despite the negative comments on another review site I found the room to be extremely quiet. In fact I hardly heard anyone else in the accommodation during my stay. Also I really appreciated the kitchenette and good quality heater in the room. The room was lovely and warm. I found the bed to be comfortable and had no problem with the two pillows. Some of the negative comments here and on Tripadvisor are not justified. The accommodation was easy to enter with the two key codes and communication was good. I had a nice stay and thank you.

There was nowhere to put small clothing items, underwear, socks etc and a chest of drawers is probably needed. There is plenty of space for one. Apart from that, there was nothing I didn't like.

No access after booking had to book alternative. Finally contacted hours later with check in details once I'd been in new accomodation for hours

The property was in a great location & was relatively clean & easy to access.

The toilet wouldn’t flush and caused an issue, we only had one pillow each that was really flat so had to roll our clothes underneath, my partner didn’t sleep the whole time we were there. We then tried to use the facilities such as the appliances but when plugged in it tripped all the electric so had to go to shop for something everyday.

Nice clean rooms. Good location

No mirror in the bathroom, the tv is all streaming and was constantly freezing when I tried to watch a film. The location is great but be aware you are surrounded by Redcar finest and 2 of the 3 nights at silly o clock in the morning they were out fighting. My biggest issue is as a business traveller I require a receipt and I have requested one 4 times now and everytime I get a message saying they still send one soon and I’m still to get one a month later, that’s very poor service.
