The location was the only good thing

He property was digsuting. Not clean, everything was damaged. Beds had holes in them. Still waiting on our deposit back and it’s been over a week. No one is responding

Location was close to all amenities

No details were provided suck as the access code for the room and ended up getting them 2 hours after our stated check in. Photos of venue are 4 years old and the inside certainly doesn't resemble the photos. The grey sofa is now old and battered walls are dirty, cleaning is shoddy and blinds in all rooms are missing slats. The lamp in the living room is falling apart and ended up leaving the property after an hour due to all issues including my little one tripping up on a loose carpet door strip and hurting himself. If you do stay, then take pictures as they take a £100 deposit before they'll provide the access code, we are still waiting to have the deposit refunded even though we didnt stay .

It’s states luxury apartments they were discussing horrible kids had to sleep in the living room as beds were so bad asked for a refund but was refused

As a large family we liked the space and amount of rooms.

Most things were damaged and ripped, my sons bed had holes in the base so he wasn’t comfortable on his mattress, there were no soap in any dispensers, the blinds were so broken they couldn’t close to keep the light out, we wanted a lamp on for the evening but the whole lamp shade was broken off and couldn’t be reattached, I didnt like that I was told a £100 damage deposit would be held but not taken but as I checked my bank that evening it had been taken out. Luckily we could afford tea that night as that was unexpectedly taken from my bank. The staff were unorganised and gave us a code for someone else’s room on arrival, to which we unlocked and walked in as a family were staying there with a baby. Later this made us anxious that the possibility could be someone else walking in on our family as it was so easily done.

Very modern and good location

The main bedroom was cold, I didn’t mind to much but maybe somone else would
