Very well located for the city centre yet not noisy. The decor was nice, the kitchen was spotless and the shower fab and the temperature of the flat perfect. The bed was comfy but I would suggest taking your own pillows. Its well sound proofed - you only hear other people as they go past your door to the next flat (of which there is only 1). We'd go back.

Only 1 sofa and no comfy chairs. It feels formal sitting side by side on a sofa. no coat hook in the entry way - we had to sling our coats on the dining chairs. The flat is rear facing meaning you dont see the lovely square from the windows.

really nice area of leeds, the staff are really accommodating, always clean and up to standard and the overall aesthetic, quality, and experience - is probably the best you’ll find in leeds. always come to stay whenever we’re in leeds and we never regret it.

Location

Dirty, no electric upstairs… and on our son’s wedding day! promised refund and they asked for bank details via booking.com to refund us and once they got details they ignored messages. Now we worried. Booking.com unable to help as it’s the hotels refund policy. But why say we refund and what’s your bank details… then don’t refund.

Very clean nice to have Netflix on the TV and coffee machine Tassimo with coffee to put in a nice touch

Obviously as it is spring it gets a l bit cold at night and could not get the heater on add to use the electric heater as which one too bad it would help if you set the heating to come on around seven o'clock at night for a couple of hours to keep the apartment warm during this time of year
