Velvet Apartments - 10 Park Square East

Lovely new flats with ample space and new amenities.in a great location with plenty of overnight parking. Hands off property without on site staff but contacts are quite reactive.

Desperately needs a deep clean, make up and marks on bedding and ketchup on walls and kitchen surfaces. It hasn't been loved, which is a shame.Huge deposits required post ordering and a poor GUI on the payment page. No protections on that page, so I paid twice for the same room after multiple requests for £300 deposit. Seems that ordering more than one room may have confused the system somewhat.

Great location, very quiet for city centre apartment. Very spacious and ideal for overnight stay with my daughter whilst visiting my other daughter at university. Hoping to stay again for graduation

Space, layout, decor comfortably

All good.

On the website it indicated that there was a hot tub available for use but on arrival we found out that it was only if you booked a certain room. This most certainly isn’t made clear when you book it . The room where the hot tub was originally in is now being renovated, but the vendor failed to mention this. As I’m disabled, we always book somewhere where there is a hot tub for me to use and it was very disappointing to find out that it wasn’t available.

Lovely clean apartment. Very close to city centre and all the amenities

Very central, clean.

Far too hot, and very noisy during the night. No one slept well. Had to have windows open as it was far too hot in the apartment.
