El aire malo no cable no proheben agua y un servicio patetico

This property is a 2 minute walk from El Tunco gate entrance! There is a lovely man that watches over the place and is there for whatever you need and he is so kind and wonderful! AC is awesome! Pools & lounging area are great! King size bed I picked was great and comfy! Sheets don’t fit perfectly but honestly it was fine to fix in the morning with no other issues! Great quiet area for the price! Would stay again

This place is dusty no soap no tv dirty the manager is not very helpful a complete waste of money is not a clean place couldn't wait to get out bed is uncomfortable

Nice and open facility, very outdated and WiFi signal is very weak

Service is a bit inefficient, they say breaksfast included but no breakfast was served to me. Amenities are fairly simple and nondescript but otherwise peaceful and enjoyable.

El lugar muy bonito y tranquilo, solo que por la noche no hay vigilancia ni restaurante.

Cuando reservé me dejé llevar por las fotos del lugar y la información sobre las instalaciones. Al llegar vi que le hace falta mantenimiento al lugar. Nuestra estadía era de varios días , solo desayunamos una vez, decepcionados con el desayuno. Nos la pasamos más en otros lugares del tunco porque no nos sentíamos cómodos en las instalaciones. La TV en la habitación cómo que la pantalla tenía una sombra que no dejaba ver bien nada. El día del check in nos cobraron más de lo que decía mi reservación, viendo reviews ahorita veo que no fuimos los únicos con cobro extra. Siento que para las instalaciones y el servicio los precios no concuerdan.

Please check the fine print, this place was good in the past. Only the pictures look good. No restaurant the grass was high the room had fleas. I don't recommend this place sorry but no guest came during the time I was there.
