Santorini Village - Hotel Boutique

I arrived about 5:pm in the airport, picked up my car rental, 5:30 pm, then head it to have dinner, I arrived at the hotel 7:pmt, doors gate, gas locked, so we call just to say policy is to be in the hotel before 6:pm they told me to wait for 30 minutes until someone can come to unlock the gate & checking, I get penalized with a fee, not big deal of the fee, They told me I have to pay $30 more from my original booking, no problem with that, But no shower, no toilet, one twin bed with filty bedsheets, no tv, tiny room no chair or table to place my stuff. I will make it clear to any guest it’s your decision, make sure you pay cash what you think is fair, don’t fall for this hotel, it will show they don’t have rooms but they alway do, 5 minutes walk is many hotels in el tunco with so much to do inside. Don’t stay here unless you have no other choice.

DO NOT stay here. It’s so expensive for what they offer which is basically four walls and beds. We paid near $400 US dollars for 1 night, 2 tiny rooms where the bathrooms were not working well and very nasty sewer smell and not clean. The towels were too old and crunchy. They didn’t really want to give us more towels which I’ve never had an issue at hotels with this. A motel 6 is better than this. The pictures are misleading. Anything we asked for they couldn’t accommodate. There’s better and less pricey places to stay at el tunco. Why did I stay here? Because online it was only showing this place or farther options as available. Next time I am calling establishments themselves because when we got to el tunco there were plenty other places that had availability but online don’t show it. Anyways, lesson learned and hope this place does better or stops scamming people.

I didn't like it because they charge over the silly things. They charge me because i checked in at 7:30 pm. They said it was a late checkin. Even though it says 24 hours receptionist. Their was water around the toilet as well.

Mala atencion de recepcion, terminaron cobrando de mas.

Disorganized, person in charge did not know what she was doing. No reception to ck in. Dirty old rooms,leaking plumbing but the main problem rooms were full of mosquitos. We left and did not stay.

Hise una reservación para un fin de semana el cuarto era una doble bed, llegando al lugar me cambiaron el cuarto a una cama regular y sin aire acondicionado, por la razón que no encontré mas cuartos el mismo día accedí, el desayuno no me lo ofrecieron porque salí 5 min pasada la hora, un amigo decidió estar en el hotel con nosotros solo por unas horas cuando pregunté si estaba bien me dijeron que si, cuando me tocó hacer el check in me cobraron $23 dólares por que según mi amigo se quedó la noche cosa que no fue así, igual lo pague pero esta es primera y última vez que vengo a este lugar. Pésimo servicio conste que cuando llegue a hacer mi check in la muchacha súper amable pero cuando ella cambio de turno fue horrible el servicio

I liked the pool, AC in the room and the close proximity to Tunco. Unfortunately my dislikes are longer! I arrived to be told that the price that Expedia had sold me the room on was wrong and I had to pay a substantial amount more - this is really bad as I based my stay on the Expedia price and made the stay seem even more of a rip off! The room and site are outdated and need investment: the bathroom had no flushing toilet (despite telling this to reception twice) so we had to fill a bucket up to flush the toilet via the shower; the electrical system in the room was ancient - the tv kept shorting out and different lights had to be turned on to allow plug sockets to work! - it felt potentially dangerous; sheets and covers were ripped and dirty; the WIFI didn't work in the room ...
