Transformed Railway Wagon- Sleeps2-Garden-Firepit

Location was excellent, decent shower, nice to have outdoor seating areas. Good to have tea, coffee and.milk on arrival. WiFi works well.

Removal of old food in the fridge, removal of old recycling including rotting food waste. Windows needed cleaning.

The wagon contained plenty of facilities and items for self catering i.e. cutlery e.t.c. Owners were responsive when needed. Plenty of outdoor space which in summer would be ideal. Nice to have the heated blanket on bed which was appreciated and certainly needed in the winter.

Although rural there is a pretty busy road 30 or 40 yards away and traffic can be easily heard into the late evening/night. Could ideally do with a gravel or paved path from parking area across to wagon , especially for winter or very wet periods rather than walking through wet and potentially muddy at times grass area. Wagon could do with some tlc to sort some things like the broken glass in door , very wobbly fridge and damp coming through from shower room. Shame no hot tap in bathroom and shower temperature does fluctuate a lot and bathroom itself is very cold.

Fantastic, quirky accommodation in a stunning location.

I would only say to add a lamp for the evening but that’s only because we are used to having a bedside lamp for reading.

Very cute little railway carriage cleverly converted with all the facilities you need and some nice touches Clean and tidy and the bed was set up for us on arrival which was great Lovely host and environment

A little bit expensive for what you get

The location of the wagon is at a very quiet place.

Its peacfull place for someone who wants to stay away from a hectic environment.

The owner was very accommodating and friendly and supplied us a little fire for the evening too

Unique place to stay, comfortable interior with everything you need for an overnight stay. Huge kudos for providing strong, stable WiFi, as there is no phone signal in the area.

The driveway to the property was not easy to locate, especially in the dark.

Nice location for walking and getting away fr9m the world. Stars did come out for us a moment. Facilities were really good and instructions easy. Definitely would recommend.
