Die Anlage ist schön. Das Frühstücks Buffet war gut. Das Personal ist freundlich, besonders an der Rezeption.

Das Personal ist freundlich, aber zum Teil sehr langsam, vorallem am Poolbereich. Die Preise im Restaurant sind hoch für das Essen was angeboten wird. Pool war nicht sehr sauber. Der Strandbereich könnte schöner sein. Das Hotel kann nichts dafür, aber das Meer ist sehr flach, man kann nicht unbedingt dort schwimmen gehen.

One of the best if you are looking for a down time but a bit further out of the main beaches and you will spend some getting around because there are no shuttles to the major beaches or shopping areas.

We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary at the Avocet restaurant, Canopy Seychelles. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with care, and genuine hospitality that made the experience truly unforgettable. The food and cocktails were great! Compliments to the chef and kitchen team! A heartfelt thank you to Vivian and Marie for their outstanding service. Their attentiveness and professionalism made us feel incredibly special. The entire team was wonderful, ensuring everything ran smoothly and we felt completely at ease. We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to Julia, who handled all the arrangements. Thank you, Julia, for planning everything and for making our celebration memorable. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone at Canopy Seychelles for giving us an experience we will cherish forever.

This is a new hotel, situated by the beach and in the surrounding greenery. The Good 1.The rooms are spacious and the shower pressure is great. 2. There is plenty of lounge places around their three pools. 3. There is a walking trail around the property and complimentary gym, steam and Sauna 4. The chef's are very friendly; they walk around during breakfast and greet all guests and find out how they are doing 5. Easy access to the beach and opportunities to view the sunrise and sunset 6. Majority of the waiters and staff are very friendly and respectful The bad 1. They have a tedious system of booking for meals in all the two restaurants on the property, including the main restaurant. On one of the days, we booked and got a confirmation and when we got to the restaurant were told it was fully booked! How is that possible? 2. They expect guests to deposit cash at check in or otherwise you pay for everything you consume on the day and time you consumed it. We have travelled quite a bit and never come across such a system. Usually, you sign for your expenses and pay for them at check out! Nobody told us about depositing money with them on arrival. On one of the days, we ordered for drinks by the pool(and I must say both drinks-juice and milkshake-were quite lacklustre. The staff followed us all the way to the room with the card machine so we could make the payment the same day. This feel quite rigid and it makes it look like guests can consume things and refuse to pay for them. We felt harassed and maybe racially profiled. We are black 3. They have the same menu for dinner and it is a la carte, which can make the service a little bit slow The breakfast menu is also largely the same and can get boring after a couple of days. 4. All the waiters are great, except one young woman who had a bit of an attitude. 5. The garden is not really well maintained. There are many dead leaves in flower beds and several instances of diseased plants. They have invested too much into the infrastructure and not the greenery. 6. All the pools are extremely shallow and not really suitable for proper swimming.

THE STAFF….5 stars, all of them. From housekeeping, the gardeners, the maintenance team, to the bar staff, supervisors, the chefs, reception and the management team. I’ve never experienced a team like it. Not forgetting of course, the ambience of the whole place, the beach, the pool, the cleanliness. Honestly the best Hilton we’ve stayed in by far.

The location was lovely - close to some gorgeous beaches. The hotel was incredible. Modern design, a fantastic pool, a great spa. The staff were incredibly helpful. Both restaurants served incredible food.

Hospitality of the staff was excellent. Especially Greg, Kunal, Irene, Gurpreet and the lady chef at Asian restaurant Tiger bites. Thanks to them our stay was very comfortable.

Cost, money grabbing everywhere. Beach towel staff very angry and rude. No extras, the fine touches with the hotel in general just were non exitant
