Canopy By Hilton Seychelles Resort

I am very disappointed with my experience at Canopy by Hilton Seychelles. My email to Mr. Jimmy Bibi was ignored and even declined without anyone informing me. I had to call the hotel myself to get an answer—completely unprofessional. The lack of communication and poor service from the staff is unacceptable for a Hilton property. I am extremely frustrated, and until management improves their professionalism, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Good afternoon everyone! We saw this little one on the hotel grounds today. 🥹 Unfortunately, my husband and I are leaving today, but before that, we fed the other cats some food from breakfast. 🫠 The hotel management treats the animals well, but they don't feed them themselves. 😢 So, I have a huge request. Since the baby is still small and won't go to crowded places on his own, please feed him. He's still tiny, but incredibly sweet and sociable. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 It's nothing complicated for you, but for the baby, it's a chance to believe in kindness. 🙏🏻 Of course, we'd love to see his photos. 😭 Отправить отзыв

Perhaps the best holiday ever for .. It was amazing , this was our 30th Anniversary and my 65th birthday. Stephanie at reception was very kind and helpful made our holiday very relaxing. It was special we stayed in the apartment with its own pool. Spacious, clean and private. We had another pool beside us which was rarely used. Breakfast was good . Staff were amazing. Richard’s beer tasting was cool ! Avocet dinners were good. The beach was busy with locals but a nice bay. Marcus our transfer taxi from the airport to the hotel and return was amazing, helpful and kind. We cannot name all the staff at reception , in avocet, the bar, the buggies and the rest .. We will be back Canopy Thank you ALL J and S

I took part in the cocktail class with Sridhar and it was very informative and fun! Enjoyed every minute Also the resort is stunning, the attention to detail 🙂‍↕️☺️

Wonderful resort, which opened its doors 1 year ago. Very spacious and modern rooms, with all amenities and extra comfortable beds. You can hardly here the aircon. Great pools, nice fitness and beautiful Spa area, even if you only go there to relax and enjoy the mangroves view! Small beach with beautiful sunset views! The overall concept of the hotel including the stunning modern design and beautiful decorations including nice Seychelloise art pieces! The only downgrade is the light miscommunication between the staff and the reservation concept for in-house restaurants. We missed a buffet option euch would enable guests to try even more of the delicious creole cuisine. A big thanks to Jacob from reception desk for making the end of our stay relaxed! And to John and Lea from the main restaurant for having made us smile a lot during our dinner there!

Canopy By Hilton Seychelles Resort is a new hotel in the south west of Seychelles. It has been open for less than two years, so everything is still new. We booked a junior suite which was on offer with half board. So we have breakfast and evening meals at the hotel. We got a warm friendly welcome as we arrived at the hotel after a long journey from England. As this was low season and we were Hilton Gold members we got upgraded from the junior suite to a one bedroom apartment with a plunge pool. Before we were shown to the room, we were shown around the resort. Including the restaurants included in our meal plan. We loved the size of the apartment which had a seperate living room with a kitchenette. Even a washing machine. We had a full sized fridge freezer. Each day we were given several water bottles which could be refilled at the main hotel. The bedroom was good sized, with plenty of UK style plugs. USB sockets. Both the living room and the bedroom had a television. The bathroom was big as well with his and hers sinks. A shower and a separate bathtub. Amenities included toothbrush/toothpaste as well as a razor, bath salts. The best bit was the plunge pool which we used everyday. The apartment complex is away from the hotel and they provide buggies to take you there and back. Although were happy to walk. The main hotels has several pools, we used the main one all the time. It was rather subdued, maybe it could do with some music in the afternoons like they did at their sister hotel the Mango House resort. We did not try the two smaller pools. The beach is across the promenade. Again it is quieter, it was worth going for a dip but do not bother about going snorkelling. Breakfast was wonderful. A wide array of food. Each day I had a variety of croissants and pastries. Cooked to order omelettes, hash browns, cakes, cereals, fresh fruit to many other items. There were freshly squeezed orange juices, which is a rarity these days even in five star hotels. I liked there was a corner where you could try creole food as well. For dinner we mainly ate at the main restaurant, although we did try the far eastern Tiger Bites as well. Just note you need to pre book the restaurant even though it was low season and they were never full. The food was good at the main restaurant, although the menu could be rather repetitive if you are staying for more than several days. The staff were always friendly and attentive. This is a fair sized resort, rather quiet. Many residents kept to themselves I noticed. The area is rather isolated, this is a small village. If you do not got half board, you can walk to several small restaurants in the vicinity and there are bars nearby as well. Overall we would recommend this hotel.
