Excellent location with an accessible beach. The property has a good vibe and people are friendly. Special shout out to : - 1) The porters managing the buggy service were Exceptional. You all are doing an outstanding job and greeted everyone with such humility. Keep up the great work. You were an excellent phone back up support desk to contact the in room dining team who were always hard to reach. 2) Elisha at the kids club did an amazing job to single-handedly manage the facility. My child had an amazing experience when spending time with Elisha & we visited frequently. 3) The Chefs @ Tiger bite who served us food specifically on 15 October and also went the extra mile to prepare a kids friendly fried rice, were amazing. The food that was prepared on that day under the head chef's supervision was phenomenal. Great service by the restaurant hostess as well who was very kind and caring. 4) Brian who I believe was the manager, assisted us on his own, to get some late breakfast for us from the kitchen, which we genuinely appreciated.

In room dining - To place an order via phone was painful. They are generally unreachable and I was struggling after check in on day 1 & 2 to place an order. Limited in room dining options as well, a sentiment shared by previous guests also. Tiger bite - unfortunately we didn't have a satisfying food tasting experience on our 2nd visit. Air con kept turning off or switching to auto in the early morning and we had a disturbed sleep. Grateful if these are addressed in the near future to help other guests.

Proximity to a wonderful beach. Attentive, friendly and welcoming staff from the porter to the chef to the reception staff, the housekeeper and the waiters.

Понравился отель. Новый красивый. Постель , подушки , полотенца-все в хорошем состоянии. Не хватало тапочек, так как полы очень холодные( берите с собой тапки) Сантехника не течет. In room dinner приносили очень быстро. Просили переходники для зарядки все обеспечили. У нас был включен завтрак и ужин(напитки не включены, оплата отдельно). На ужин нужно чекиниться на стойке и в конце ужина подписывать чек. Пришлось немного постоять в очереди и подождать свободный столик, но это заняло не больше 10 минут. Еды не много, но она очень вкусная. В описании написано , что парковка отсутсвует. Это не так. Большая парковка справа от отеля. На пляж не ходили ,так как ездили на наши любимые пляжи на машине. Я считаю , что приехав на Сейшеллы ,нельзя ограничиваться одним пляжем.

Breakfast was great. Pool was lovely and warm (a bit too warm at times). Room was comfortable.

water filter on some floors did not work. Water had been turned off in some of the public toilets.

Excellent, slightly larger hotel. Clean beach with calm water which came with warning of sea urchins and sting rays although everything seemed fine. They tried to upgrade us to a bland apartment which was significantly further away from the hotel, but after some negotiations we got our well designed poolside view kingsize room, and were allowed to check in very early. An excellent perk is the free courtesy bus to sister luxury hotel Mango House, a smaller, quieter resort. Perfect breakfast. Staff and room great.

Esperienza bellissima , hotel molto curato nei minimi dettagli con uno stile moderno , caldo e accogliente . Colazione e cena eccellenti e staff super cordiale . Ci hanno permesso anche di accedere a una lounge per rinfrescarsi prima della partenza anche dopo orario del check out.
