Beautiful lodge that is very deceiving on space. It has been kept really well and the owners have really gone above and beyond. There were so many lovely little touches and everything we could have needed was there. We all really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that brought it down was how hot the bedroom in the space above became, which wasn’t helped by the extreme weather. It needs some sort of ventilation. The other thing that was a bit of a shame was the site the lodge is on, it has dog poo all over the grass and people were letting their dogs wonder round off lead. The shop wasn’t open during our stay and looked like it wouldn’t be open for a long time.

Beautiful Lodge, very well decorated and furnished and very modern. Didn't feel like a lodge, it was huge inside. Kids loved the secret bedroom. Great facilities I.e washer/dryer Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would and will definitely book again in the future Everything you need within 10 minutes

Outdoor cooking area wasn't working but didn't affect our stay as we ate out Couldn't change the temperature of the water for the shower in the en suite, also the jets on both showers weren't working but again didn't affect it's use

Clean and modern.

Mezzanine wasn’t really suitable as a sleeping area.

Good location not to far from the beaches

Spacious, quite ish- campers were not long in using the lodge as goals for a football match

Description of the 3rd mezzanine bedroom- This was not really useable and should not be mentioned as 3 doubles with two bathrooms- the second bedroom also suffered because of it! It should be a sleep s4 at apush and there is a kids den for two others or perhaps better to have a sofa bed

Very peaceful location bed very comfy also was the lounge ,decor co-ordinated to a good standard

No information how to put heating on,no ironing or ironing board also had to stand on chair to put extractor fan over the cooker on at my age a bit of a risk, polite notice on the window on our arrival to say the outside griddle not working no drawers only a jack and Jill wardrobes for hanging your clothes up advertised for up to 7 person's 4 at the most in our opinion and if it's 2 couples they need to be very understanding about privacy 2 dogs running around loose all the time and not on leads on our visit.

Waterside lodge is a lovely modern ,spacious lodge in a lovely quiet location in the Lincolnshire countryside . Had a fabulous stay for a big Birthday and it gave us a nice peaceful break away for a couple of days . Lodge is well equiped and quirky layout of beds made it a unique stay too . Took lots of gadgets with us , but needn't have bothered as the lodge is equipped to excess with kitchen utensils and there were toys , games , toiletries supplied dnd even ice in the freezer !!
