Family vacation. The hotel staff went above and beyond making sure our stay were amaizing. We had three rooms, they accomodate us next to each other. The rooms were immaculate. The hotel offers complimentary drink and fresh towel upon arrival, free water, trasportation to the beach, lougers, umbrellas.

It was a beautiful property. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property layout was very convenient. Loved the views. The pastries were outstanding. Only concern was low water pressure when showering.

Beautiful property, attention to detail. Our stay was very lovely, it was me and my mom’s birthday and we had a lovely time. They surprised us with a bottle of wine and cake. The room and property are just so pretty. The beach is beautiful. Great service. We were worried that the hotels not on the beach but actually they have golf carts to the area on the beach that they have umbrellas on. And they have a full service beach with towels, drinks, and food. We felt pampered. Oh! And you don’t even have to bring sunscreen. They bring it to you when you arrive to the beach/pool.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at Hotel Indigo. The property itself is stunning, beautifully designed, spotless, and full of vibrant energy, plus it is perfectly located just steps from the beach. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the on-site restaurants exceeded our expectations with both quality and variety. The rooftop bar was a highlight with incredible drinks, live DJs, and a lively Friday night crowd that made for an unforgettable evening. What truly set our experience apart was the staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Special shout out to Big Mac for going above and beyond. It is clear the staff takes pride in ensuring guests feel completely comfortable and cared for. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending Hotel Indigo to all our friends. It is truly a gem..

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hotel Indigo. The customer service was excellent. We contemplated staying at the sister property Kimpton Seafire (located down the street) and while it is beautiful, it has a more formal feel. Hotel Indigo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has a more relaxed feel (which is more our vibe). The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. This was a first, every single staff we interacted with (and I mean every single staff) was friendly, professional, helpful and went above and beyond to attend to our needs. This included the pool, restaurant, store, beach, and front desk teams. The beach was exceptional and the restaurant next to it was good and played pleasant music. If you are traveling from the US, please know that you'll have to pay in US dollars when using your credit card (the hotel as with most businesses in Grand Cayman will not run a transaction in the local currency unless it is issued by a Cayman Island bank). The exchange rate was 1 US to ~.83 Cayman, so travelling to this country (while worth it) is very expensive.

My wife and I spent a week at Hotel Indigo and absolutely loved it. Our stay there was perfect. From the hotel’s location, to the beach club access, the pool and restaurants on property, and most importantly the amazing service and personnel at the hotel… we could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this hotel as an excellent option for anyone wanting to visit Grand Cayman.
