Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman by IHG

Huge shout out to the incredible staff a Hotel Indigo, where my husband and I spent my birthday weekend. Your hospitality went above and beyond. The restaurant Catalina team chef Dennis, Jennilyn,Karon,Roniel, Joan,chef Kamal Mona and others was exceptionally helpful and courteous, making our stay unforgettable. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to my friends and family-its worth revisiting.

girls trip fell through at the last minute because of a hurricane headed to the eastern United States and I decided to take a trip to a place where my family and I dive. I decided not to gatekeep lol and this hotel is fabulous! Service, attention to detail, cleanliness, choice of restaurants at the location (including rooftop Pom Pom) , the cool vibe, the pool, beach club across the street, definitely on my list of places to always stay in Grand Cayman

Beautiful property with extremely friendly and helpful staff who remember you! Great access to beach with a short less than 5 minute easy walk. Would return in a heartbeat!

Our experience was great we had fun and the food that was served is hood and delicious thank you to miss Annesha who served us today , she was so kind and helpful and also to Mister Rodnel and Miss Pramita and to the catalina team thank you for giving us a wonderful experience

All around exceptional! The property is gorgeous, well maintained. Same for the rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and had plenty of space. We ate at Catalina for breakfast multiple days, the food was fresh and delicious. Pom Pom is a 10/10, beautiful ambiance, stunning views and world-class cuisine. My husband and I rated it among one of our favorite meals on any vacation (and we travel allot). Bonny Bay was exactly as described, they take care of you as soon as you arrive until you leave. The drinks were really good, and I had the best burger and pina colada of my life. The beach is stunning, Clearwater and powder sand is definitely on par with Turks and close to Anguilla. The pool is very large, plenty of seating, and beautiful, with a lovely view of the ocean and brilliant sunset. Staff, amazing. Friendly, attentive, resourceful… They literally responded to my texts within seconds. An all-star crew. Too many to name because everyone stood out. We did opt to empty the fridge so we could stock with our own water, drinks, wine we grabbed from a local market. Also came in handy for left overs that we had for lunch throughout our trip (there’s a microwave in the suites). Cayman Islands is expensive, no getting around that unless you rent a condo and cook all week (which isn’t vacation to me). Otherwise, with the $1.25 to $1USD exchange rate and the included 18% gratuity, it’s not an “affordable” option. Food/drink prices are what you’d expect in any major US city.

Staff went above and beyond.

We stayed at Indigo and this was the perfect choice for relaxation & rejuvenation. Everyone treated us like family. The team went above and beyond to ensure the experience was memorable. Special thanks to Margret in cafe Alula, Mark, Clavel, Audrey( in Catalina) Newton, Thembani, Mike( bata bar) Steven, Astrid, Norilyn ( hsk), Danu & a South African lady at the fd( sorry I can’t recall her name). Everyone I interacted with was very warm and friendly. I will definitely be back.
