The hotel was beautiful and clean.The staff were friendly and helpful. They provide complimentary transportation to some of the excursions(like the turtle center).The beach is nearby with helpful staff like Dre to ensure you’re comfortable.

Not many food options near the hotel that you’re able to walk to. The restaurant on the property can be a bit expensive.

The hotel is fantastic. The guys at the pool made sure everything was taken care of. Special shoutout to Newton and Robbie. Stay safe during the storm. Hopefully it will Grand Cayman

Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman has a great location — only 10 minutes from the airport. Parking is very convenient: you can self-park or use the free valet service. One of the biggest perks of staying here — and a real money-saver — is that the hotel provides refillable glass water bottles in each room. On every floor, there are water stations with mineral and drinking water, as well as ice machines. You can refill as much as you want, which means you don’t have to spend anything extra on bottled water — a huge plus! The only downside is the beach access. It’s a short walk, but the path takes you through a public parking lot and over loose gravel. After rinsing off at the beach, small stones stick to your feet — not super comfortable. It also passes through public workout areas and doesn’t feel like a direct, resort-style route to the beach. If you’re a light sleeper, avoid booking rooms facing the “neighborhood” side — they overlook a busy road. The windows are decently insulated, but I still woke up to traffic noise every morning. Our room was #721. Inside the room: super clean, fresh linens, no odors, and great housekeeping. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the provided toiletries — good shampoo and conditioner (not the usual cheap hotel stuff!). Now a small tip: If you’re thinking of upgrading your room, do it at the time of booking. We tried to save a bit and upgrade on-site instead, since it was my husband’s birthday and we were traveling as a family of four. But the upgrade ended up being more expensive than expected, especially since this isn’t an all-inclusive resort. In the end, we didn’t change rooms — and I slightly regretted not upgrading earlier via Expedia. A few other downsides: • No good place to dry clothes after the pool. Guests end up hanging things off balconies, which doesn’t look great — and I even lost part of my swimsuit to the wind. • Minimal storage space in the room. No dresser or drawers in the nightstands. We had to call to get a luggage rack, and most of our things stayed in the suitcases. • You can hear hallway conversations clearly through the door in the mornings — so soundproofing on the entry side could be improved. • Very few lounge areas around the hotel. If you want to sit somewhere in the evening just to relax, there aren’t many options. There’s a small area with three hammocks, but it’s in a walkway and gets crowded quickly. We noticed many guests trying to find a place to sit and eventually just going back to their rooms. Even the on-site coffee shop is just a small corner with no seating — you have to grab your drink and walk away. It would be great if the hotel added more casual sitting areas where guests could just hang out, outside of the pool loungers. Still, I’m giving the hotel 5 stars. The building is well-maintained, it smells fresh and clean, staff are professional, and the food was tasty and fresh. You can even order room service. Would definitely return — just a few things to keep in mind when booking.

We spent 3 nights here on the back end of our week stay wish we would have stayed a few days more here. Pro’s 1. Staff was excellent 2. Pool area was large the hot tub at night was perfect 3. Roof top bar was spectacular 4. Boony Moon beach club was a short 5 min walk and they were first rate both for dinner and day service on the beach Con’s 1. 18 percent surcharge on all drinks and food ( I tip well but this irks me to be told and costs the servers in the end 2. There are not many other restaurants within walking distance outside of the Kimpton and Indigo all are excellent but it would be nice to have more options 3. Not on the beach but a short walk Overall a great stay and we will be back

The property is the newest in the island and it shows. The grounds, the restaurants, and the rooms are immaculate. The level of friendliness and professionalism is exceptional. Not only in the hotel but in the whole island. I would recommend going on low season or shoulder season. We hear high season is very crowded. We had no problem walking into restaurants and getting a table. Everyone at the hotel knew our names by day two. I would def stay here again. Do not pass on this hotel. The only thing to note is that the hotel is a 3min walk to the beach. It’s not beach front.

Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Service and Beautiful Beach! We had the best stay at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and their attention to detail really stood out. A special shoutout to Paul, our valet, who truly made our stay extra special. He was incredibly kind, always greeted us with a smile, and gave the best local recommendations. He even made the golf cart rides to the beach a highlight of our trip! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service across the board was top-notch. The beach nearby is hands-down one of the most beautiful on the island. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grand Cayman!

First time in cayman comming for two nights only from the Middle East a very long trip Kuwait-Dubai-new York- cayman. I met Big Mac in the reception a very nice person he showed me around and we started comparing dubai vs cayman hotels quality and customer service I was surprised to see a hotel which is at dubai hotels level Which something not easy to find in this region. Big Mac spent almost 4 hours sowing me around and considering my long trip a got a room upgrade I was alone but that meant a lot and I really enjoyed my time. I have another trip to cayman to compete my business and for sure staying there again. My regards to Big Mac and indigo reception team for this very warm welcome.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Everything was top-notch from the time we arrived until the time we left. September is a great time to go. There was not a lot of people staying at the hotel. Paul, the Bellman was absolutely the best! And Jennifer, who was our Server at Catalina was amazing! Everybody there is very friendly! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Our anniversary stay at Hotel Indigo was outstanding from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond — surprising us with a welcome package and an upgrade to an oceanfront room. The room was spotless, spacious, and peaceful, with a super comfortable bed. The beach was stunning, very reminiscent of Turks & Caicos or Anguilla — calm, clear, and beautifully maintained. Special thanks to Kado, our beach attendant, who was incredible! He made sure our drinks were always cold, checked in often, and even shared great local tips and restaurant recommendations. We loved dining at Bonny Moon, the hotel’s beach restaurant — the food was fresh and excellent. The entire team was friendly and attentive, responding quickly to any requests via text throughout our stay. The location was ideal — a bit more quiet and relaxed, yet close to other resorts and restaurants. Amazing sunsets, great service, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!
