Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman by IHG

Absolutely the best service, service is better than any possible hotel in mainland U.S. and those Mexico (Cancun, Los Cabos, Mexico City) luxury hotel. Room is on the slightly smaller side and food is expensive, but this is probably the best IHG service (better than most city Intercontinentals) you could ever experience.

From the moment my wife and I arrived at this fantastic hotel we were treated as 'special' from Mia and the other ladies in reception to Reyah who had prepared everything in advance! She was a superstar. We booked a 2 night stay in an oceanfront suite, which was out of this world. It had everything you could want, and we have stayed in many 5* hotels around the World. As this was our 35th Anniversary and my wife's birthday they had also prepared the room with a welcome gift. The hotel has a light and airy, relaxed atmosphere in all areas. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us, but it did not stop us enjoying every moment of our stay. Everywhere was super clean and I could not fault one member of staff and their helpfulness and genuine interest, including Presanna in Valet. We ate in the Catalina Restaurant on one evening and the food was superb as were all the staff includng Khala and the Supervisor (think it was Rodney)? We will definitely be back to this little gem. Don't be put off by the 3* rating, you won't regret it. We originally booked the Ritz Carlton, then the Marriott as we couldn't decide, but are so glad we finally decided upon the Indigo.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The hotel was lovely, all staff so nice and the beach club was the best on the beach. Would recommend 100%. Beautiful pool area and beach setup.

My stay at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman was absolutely incredible. From check in to check out, every single person I encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind!! I would rate my experience 1000000 out of 10. I thoroughly enjoyed spending my Thanksgiving at this property. The pool staff, Vick and Ken, were amazing and made every day by the pool unforgettable. Chanze recommended great local spots such as Mango Tree and Heritage Kitchen. Chris was very helpful in explaining how to use the local bus. Angie had the most beautiful spirit, and Big Mac brought such positive energy that made everyone smile. I wish I could personally name every staff member because each interaction was exceptional. I will definitely be back. Thank you for creating a stay I will never forget!!!

I spent a week here to unwind before the holiday season and it was excellent. The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful- from the front desk to housekeeping to the amazing team at Catalina. Room was clean and sleek. Loved the Bonny Moon beach club. As a solo traveler, I definitely felt comfortable in the neighborhood. Truly a gem, I look forward to returning!

My teen daughter and I just spent 4 wonderful nights at the Indigo and loved it!! This was a perfect time to go- there were no crowds and the staff learned our names and we had our choice of pool and beach seating without having to rush down in the morning. The weather was perfect too. It was overall just an amazing trip for us and the Indigo was stunning. I only wish we had splurged on an ocean view room- the neighborhood view was really just a main road (noisy) so we did not use the balcony at all. The hotel also provides free snorkeling masks to borrow and pool noodle which we took with us for snorkeling further north on the Seven Mile Beach.

This hotel is understaffed and overpriced. Also, I do not expect to have a hollow mattress in a hotel in this price class.

I have been to Cayman several times but this was the best! Beautiful new hotel with gorgeous property, rooms and rooftop sunset bar. Decor is upscale and trendy with a fun atmosphere. Their Beach Club with drink and food service was amazing! To top it off, the staff is so incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful -they greeted us with smiles every day and it really made our visit special. We will definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for four days, three nights for a quick 25th anniversary trip, and it did not disappoint!! The staff is beyond helpful and solicitous; for example, Marie Grace surprised us with champagne and cake in the room for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. The ocean view room was spacious, and the balcony was great for watching the sunset. We have vacationed in almost all the Caribbean islands, and Grand Cayman is by far the most expensive—Hotel Indigo provides A LOT of comparative value with the gorgeous pool and beach facilities, restaurants, personalized service, and accessibility to other restaurants along the unrivaled Seven Mile Beach. We also enjoyed the spa next door at the Kimpton, and the golf cart shuttle service is a plus (shout out to the great Lewandi, who kept us company while we waited for our cart!) We highly recommend Hotel Indigo for your Grand Cayman adventure!!!
