"A nice getaway from the city"

Friendly and supportive staff, beautiful building architecture

We booked a seaview room and check in supposed at 3 but room wasn’t ready, the receptionist was helpful and gave us another room but it was not seaview, park instead. Power generators were loud.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Qetaifan Island North and truly felt spoiled from the moment we arrived. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the hotel staff went over and beyond to make it unforgettable. They surprised us with a beautiful fruit platter and a small Happy Birthday cake in the room, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. The all-inclusive experience was outstanding, with a fantastic brunch that was perfect for enjoying quality time with friends and family. One of the highlights was having 2 days access to the water park, which made the stay even more fun and memorable for everyone. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, giving us plenty of space to relax. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with warm and attentive staff who made us feel special at every step. Everything was perfectly organized, and the whole experience felt luxurious and stress-free. We had an amazing time and will definitely return again soon. Highly recommended!
