تجربة اشبه باالفاشلة تعتبر وماعيدها اول مادخلنا الشيك ان الي بالرسشن قالت ان احد دخل باسمكم من قبل واحنا ستنكرنا كيف احد قبل ولما اخذت بطاقتي صار الوضع عادي > مدري وين الكلام الي احد دخل بدالي وصلنا الغرف والشنط لسى وصرنا كل شوي نتصل نبغى الشنط عشان يمدينا بس نبدل وننزل الحديقة المائية وطولووووووو !!! الحديقة المائية : خلال ثلاث ساعات لعبنا لعبتين فقط من الزحمة الفندق مايدخل كيتا وغيره وماكان عندي رقم قطري واضطر كيتا انه يمشي ويلغي الطلب حقي ولما نزلت اخذ الطلب السكورتي يقولي مايجي الطلب هنا روحي اله مكان المناديب 🙂 ! فوق ماني نازلة من فوق وماشية مشي اضطر امشي مشي زيادة عشان اخذه ولما قلت له ليش مايجي المندوب هنا قال كلمي الرسبشن ! كلمت الرسبشن قالي كلمي الامن ! هذا وقت راحتي واحتاج اكل وانام فقط بدون هدرة ، بعدها اضطريت اقوم واروح مطعم واكل العالمين شوي اخلاقهم مو كويسة سألنا عمال وين الجم قال هذي الغرفة للعاملين فقط واحنا قاعدين نتكلم ( من جنسية اجنبية ) وبالنسبة للاسرة طلبنا سرير وجابو لينا حق مواليد واحنا موضحين نبغى حق ولد عمره 10 سنوات !!!!!! وصلت الساعه 1 الليل واحنا نستنى

الالعاب المائية فقط . وهي ليست بالمكان وانما خارج المكان

كل شي بداية من البوابة وعدم التنظيم ومن تعامل الموظفين لدي حجز والدخول الساعه 3 للغرفه والموظف يقول ممكن تستلم الغرفه الساعه 4 وممكن 5 ومش عارفين متى بستلم الغرفه ومن الاغراض اللي ينزلونها من السياره ساعه اقل شي عشان توصلني شناطي وفوق هذا كله انزل اجيب ثوبي من تحت يعني الاغراض تنقص وحتى يوم اطلب اكل من برع المطعم لازم انزل واروح لين الشارع يعني عشان استلم الطلب مانعين حتى ان الطلب يوصل بس عند البوابه اللي تحت لازم اطلع له لين الشارع بكل صراحه اسوء تجربة لي كانت وانا اسف لاني حجزت في هذا الفندق اول واخر مره باذن الله

Overall, it was a good stay. The property is in a great location, the water park is excellent, and the rooms are newly renovated, modern, and very appealing.

On the downside, the resort appeared to be understaffed during our visit. Check-in was delayed until around 5:00 PM for many guests, including ourselves. Housekeeping could also be improved, as some toiletries such as shampoos and other bathroom amenities were not replenished consistently. It may not be the best time to visit during government holidays, as the high occupancy seems to put pressure on the available staff and services.

دخلت الشقة وجدت عمود من المرافق ساقط في الأرض ، دورة المياه لا يمكن إغلاقها ، طعام الفطور لا يرتقي لمستوى الفندق

The only positive aspect was the appearance of the property and the location. The hotel itself looks luxurious from the outside, but unfortunately the service and overall experience did not match the price or reputation at all.

The all-inclusive package was an absolute rip-off. Staff constantly made us feel unwelcome whenever we tried to order food or drinks, as if we were doing something wrong by using a package we already paid for. They repeatedly counted the drinks and food items we took and kept questioning our eligibility, which was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable. There was no clear structure or communication about what was included, and different staff members gave different answers every time. The food quality was also extremely disappointing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner had very limited variety, and most of the food was bland and tasteless. For a hotel marketed as premium luxury, the dining experience was far below expectations. The worst part of the experience was at Meryal Waterpark. The staff there were absolutely disgusting in the way they treated guests. We were spoken to very disrespectfully while asking about a cabana and were indirectly told that we “lower the standard” of the place just by trying to get one. It was shocking, humiliating, and completely unacceptable behavior from hospitality staff. Overall, the entire stay felt unwelcoming, disorganized, and nowhere near worth the amount paid.
