Beautiful hotel on a beach with very kind staff. Rooms are so nicely decorated and very comfortable. Food was excellent. Very relaxing place.

We loved the stunning architecture of Cap Karoso. It is on a beautiful beach, the staff are absolutely wonderful, and the food was top notch! There were a variety of interesting activities included, like snorkeling, e-bikes, yoga and cultural education. Our only complaint was the uncomfortable bed due to a very lumpy feather topper that felt like sleeping on sticks, as well as the feather duvet which was much too warm for the climate. Those issues can be easily fixed!

This hotel is a dream, could not recommend it enough.

There’s nothing around so prepare to spend days long at the resort for food & drinks, which are on the more expensive side given the remote location.

The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts stunning architecture and is situated in a beautiful location far from the city center.

The beach was covered with small, sharp stones, making it uncomfortable for walking. Additionally, the high waves made swimming challenging every day. The beach area itself was poorly maintained, with noticeable litter scattered around. Room Issues: Rooms advertised as having a sea view were obstructed by dense vegetation, detracting from the experience. Cleaning services were insufficient, as insects remained in the room throughout our stay. Dining Experience The lunch and dinner menus were very delicious, but very limited, offering little variety and becoming repetitive over time. Spa The quality of treatments was underwhelming, as most therapists appeared to have limited experience, which was evident during the sessions. The price-to-quality ratio was disappointing, with services not meeting the level of professionalism typically associated with the region.
