Hygiene standards are non existent, kitchen especially the fridges are cesspits. Medication in fridge in unsealed containers, garbage bins overflowing.

Everything. 2 rooms (toilet & shower) for 50 people - ridiculous. Kitchen too small and unclean. Staff did not care.

Staffs are helpful. Location is good! Few mins to attractions by walk. The room is tidy and clean, bu there’s some guests who put their things everywhere and talk too loud. Hai dryer is offered, but there’re only 2 washrooms, one is for only women. Kitchen is clean.

Only 2 bathrooms.

A very clean and elegant place. The hotel is well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Kyrgyzstan

Great location in the city center, the beds are quite comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything is fine in terms of comfort, and the staff is friendly.

Disorganization: Cleaning is done frequently but it is not enough considering the number of guests (overflowing trash bins, no toilet paper, no dish towel, no soap, etc.). The male dormitory is shared with students or long-term residents. We've experienced this before during our previous travels in Kyrgyzstan and it had never been a problem. Here, a few of these residents were extremely noisy and uncooperative: loud videos watching in the room until 4 AM, non-stop prayers on the phone throughout the night, constant comings and goings until the early morning, lights being turned on and off all night long, loud conversations, calls in the middle of the night... Impossible to get any sleep or reason with them. Sure we're talking about a few disrespectful people among all the residents, but well ... In addition, the persons currently in charge of the hostel were very kind but they seem to be overwhelmed managing this thing alone

The receptionist worked hard and tried her best to keep things clean and to help people with questions. The location was good, and the common area was very pleasant. There were only 3 tiny toilet+ shower rooms for all the rooms, so I often had to wait in line for the toilet or shower. I had a partially broken bed in a crowded 8 bed dorm where the AC did not reach to my end, but the 4 bed female dorm was much better if you can get it.
