The location

I don't understand why the ratings here are so high. The staff in particular were very rude. The Muslim female staff at reception was very unfriendly and looked angry when I asked her some questions. Another older female staff suddenly opened the curtain of my bed when I was sleeping in it and left without apologising

Area was good, filtered water. Able to wash clothes & hang in drying room. Staff friendly. Bed was nice & comfortable. Kitchen good.

Staff friendly but seemed disorganised. I was given a bed that belonged to someone else & the sheets that I took off for clean ones were still on the floor next morning. Only 6 lockers ( that were taken up by long term residents & all they're belongings) for an 8 bed dorm. Terrace view is the steps up to hostel. Bins only emptied once so over flowing. Not sure how they got superb rating & high cleanliness score - perhaps I just picked the wrong day/night.

Great location, close to most of the attractions in Bishkek, clean! Would recommend

The host was a real sweetheart! The location is very good, very near to the centrum and still quiet. Very comfortable beds, only thing is there are no individual lights at the beds

Great location in central Bishkek. Very comfy beds with lights, chargers, curtain and lockers and good bathrooms. Filter tap in the kitchen for drinking water. Bathrooms were clean and the shower was good. Would stay here again (we also stayed at Wake Up hostel and this was much better).

The location is great, near to the city center. The room and bathroom were clean and the hostel seems very new with good equipments.

The room does not have any curtain which was not really helpful to sleep well with an outside light just in front of the window. Other people in the room were not so friendly and made lots of noise during the night (one of the woman had baby with her in the room). Rules may be reminded to avoid such situation.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities.

It is quite newly built hostel so it is really clean and tidy. There are kinds of facilities and kind staffs playing beautiful music
