GBThe bed dipped in the middle of the double bed I tryed to Hoover but Hoover was bad table was unstable stools won’t great plates an that was dirty the window was broken handle had to close out side . The fire was sticking out there was no curtain or blinds in the kitchen. Bedroom smelt of mould. The Cubard in the living was not put on propa curtain was coming of

The caravan was awful dirty smelling bed’s awful basically it was old very scuffy inside

Stained and uncomfortable double mattress, inadequate heating as cold throughout the caravan and when all heaters were running it tripped the electrics out when turning the kettle on. Gaps in the windows whilst closed causing draughts and had to plug up with tissue to stop the wind. The pull out bed was sagging and rusted as old and damp-also uncomfortable. There were light bulbs out in living room area and the smoke detector didn’t work. There was a wooden slat missing from one of the single beds. The bathroom door was not working properly and no handle. To keep it closed you had to fiddle with the locking mechanism from the outside in order to keep it closed and stop it from swinging open. I have contacted the owners asking to discuss these issues about our stay and they answered initially but they have stopped responding since and it’s been 12 hours and still nothing.

I was unable to attend due ti the false advertisement that this caravan is heated and its not i have a disability which I need to remain warm i asked for a new date in warmer months or a refund and wasn't offered an alternative poor service .
