Nice place, my door lock did not work.

Not worth the price. Property understaffed.

Staff needs better training. Overall, the rooms could be cleaner. Food and beverage options are also very limited, and the consistency of the food isn't the same. Property is very scenic and clean, well maintained surroundings.

It was a nice experience

The day we arrived, we had no use of the facilities ( pool, bar, food), due to a party being held in the area. Never notified. Promised complimentary drinks which we never received. The maintenance was poor. Staff was friendly. Not a lot of dining options near the hotel.

The view of the waterfront was beautiful and the room design was nice. The pillows on the bed needs changing (got an unpleasant odor). There should be a walk path to the restaurant (rain fell and I had to walk through wet grass). The outdoor restaurant tables should have umbrellas (shade from sun and possible rain)

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at Chaquacabana. The lovely scenery together with the kind and helpful staff made our stay exceptional. Dinner and breakfast served here were both tasty and well presented. Worth it supporting our own right here in Trindad.
