Had problems with check in, staff said Expedia didn’t sent the email for reservations…

Room not clean and very dirty Stafd very unprofessional Would not recommend

There was no internet and tv. I got internet on the second day after bothering them. The free breakfast was very limited but the servers were very nice. Good luck getting a taxi yo go visit the town.

No iron or blankets was in the room. The toilet was over flowing and one particular day it wasn’t flushing .

Moldy smell in room, only a sheet was offered in the room as “they don’t do blankets anymore”, ants in all areas of room and property, numerous cats in various areas of the property including restaurant area and parking area under cabanas, black birds and pigeons were also present during breakfast. Poor and slow service from staff. During breakfast everyone had to share spoons being kept in a cup of water to mix their coffee and tea. The property is not maintained and major upgrades and renovations need to be done.

I would definitely stay here again. They waived my deposit and gave me a bus pass to explore the city. Everyone was loving and warm. I love y’all. Room 112. I will definitely book with y’all again. Much Love and respect.

Food could have been better.

Basically, its a beautiful property and i love the location i stayed 04/05/24 but it needs small fixing and renovations all around, in the room the following was broken, door, microwave stand, closet door was not moving, bed nightstand light was not working, no kettle for hot water (had in the past), the Ac in the living room was not cooling 😕. I do hope these are attended too so my next stay can be better. Excellent staff, the chef was very generous.
