Un séjour de loisir. Le confort est gâché par la climatisation HS rendant le sommeil inconfortable. Le problème qui a été signalé tard dans la nuit, La permanence d’accueil n’avait pas de solution immédiate. Rappel de fin du séjour plutôt agaçant.

Loved this hotel, the staff are excellent, the rooms are very modern and clean. The views of the Eiffel Tower are great and it’s in a great location to the metro station. Great value for money. Definitely my go-to hotel in Paris!
Tive problemas com o hotel, o meu dinheiro foi furtado no quarto porém o hotel se prontificou em resolver mas isso gerou um transtorno na viagem e a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar e a qualidade também porque paguei um quarto maior e não mudou tanto e não tinha a vista para a torre Eiffel como estava descrito no anúncio. O café da manhã é de chorar, foi o pior de todos os 5 hotéis que eu fiquei. Não peguem o café da manhã.
Very clean, very nice staff, Paris is accessible and the price was very reasonable. Restaurant staff are lovely but the food there was very overpriced for what it was (many dishes arrived cold) and the food was obviously just frozen. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant food but the waiters were lovely. Overall very happy with my stay!
Overall really good, however the restaurant was a bit haphazard. The staff expected you to know exactly what to do, even though there was no advice or instructions anywhere. Hotel excellent Restaurant good
the place is okay, not impressive.
Just returned from my trip and I do NOT recommend this place. This place is unsafe and they do not care. There is no peephole at your door and there were groups there, with one group terrorizing the hotel guests knocking on doors trying to get you to open the door. The staff did NOTHING as these people ran up and down the halls, almost knocked people over and were trying to enter rooms. The hotel is old and feels like a prison cell with small rooms and there's a stench in the hallways where the old, tattered raggedy unclean carpet is. The carpet was filthy, and you can tell they've never shampooed it. Breakfast is the exact same food every day so be prepared to go out. Staff in restaurant are super rude and make you feel like you are bothering them. Don't walk to far in the wrong direction in the area it gets kind of sketchy quick
