Eklo Hotels Paris Porte de Versailles

Loved the view of the Eiffel Tower. We could walk or take transit to get down there. Staff were very friendly.

está bonito pero, los cuartos son muy pequeños, no hacen el aseo diario y el desayuno está bien pero siempre es lo mismo. Fuera de eso esta OK.

This trip was arranged via easyjet holidays. The hotel was perfect, we up graded to room with air con. and a terrace with fantastic views over Paris. All the hotel staff were very professional and should be congratulated . Hotel was very clean and well presented. Paris metro very close by to access Paris attractions. We would reccomend this fantastic hotel.

They doubled booked our family room even we booked almost one year in advance and pre check 2 days before. Their computer system sacked, didn’t know which rooms were occupied and which not… they sent us to two rooms with people sleeping inside….next day, instead of providing us 2 separate rooms as promised, they sent us to a dormitory ( see photo below)….although they compensated us with free breakfast and fully refunded, they ruined my vacation and went to different hotel next day.

Otel konumu Paris kongre merkezinin hemen yanında, bu amaçla geliyorsanız tercih edilebilirsiniz. Çünkü otelden çıkıp hemen kongre merkezine gidebilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı biraz zayıf, çalışanlar yardımsever. Turistik ve gezilecek yerlere biraz uzak, eğer bu amaçla geliyorsanız şehir merkezine yakın yerleri tercih edebilirsiniz.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the congress center, but has zero service. The staff are seemingly friendly but do not attend to the requests. In our group, the rooms were missing pillows, pillow cases etc. and it took several days to get them. The top floor restaurant had the same problem, peculiar rules about when they served drinks and how to order them; they could have just as well helped the customers in the time they spent educating them. The rooms are tiny but neat, but the bathrooms smell of mould. No new towels in four days.

I think maybe fine for backpackers who don’t want for much but if you were hoping for a pillow case, soap in your bathroom, aircon that works, hot water to wash in or anywhere to unpack your clothes, this isn’t the place for you! On the plus side it was clean, staff were friendly enough and the food in the restaurant was good.
