The hotel was impeccable, the service of the guys on the terrace was good very nice but could be faster, the facilities very beautiful the view of Paris magnificent, were very nice on my birthday, the service at the reception was not nice when I arrived were not nice but I must rescue the only A young lady who served me super well is from Portugal and speaks several languages including Spanish congratulations to her!! I am a hotel manager and I know how important it is in the team to have friendly and cordial staff, just be careful when the hotel debits the deposit that usually is 57€ in my case I was debited double, it was very unpleasant because no one knew what happened, leave this deposit in cash is easier and avoid waiting weeks for that money! The last thing was not nice but I thank all the team that made an effort to give a good service! Thank you

Odalar çok küçük, beklediğimden de küçüktü. Ek olarak tuvalet felaket kokuyordu, uyumayı bile imkansız hale getirerecek haldeydi. Camlar kilitli olduğu için cam da açamadım. Tam anlamıyla rezalet. Paramı geri verseler, doğrusunu yaparlar.

Centralt beliggende tæt på bus. Imødekommende service, pænt og rent værelse med god seng.

Funcionários mega simpáticos e atenciosos. Só não digo que foi perfeito pq a persiana tava quebrada , então não tive privacidade no quarto e mt luz da rua. Tinha q me trocar no banheiro e tapar a cara p dormir.fora isso foi top!!! Lugar bem limpinho, a cobertura é linda e os funcionários nota 10!!!da p ir a pé p metro de Versalhes.

Beware! I booked thinking it was a private room for my family with young children and a baby, but it turned out to be a shared dormitory with strangers. Even after explaining the risk for minors, neither Expedia nor the hotel offered a refund. This is absolutely unsafe and unethical for families. No privacy, no protection for babies – a shocking and unacceptable situation. Avoid this place at all costs. I will proceed to report them with (DGCCRF) Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes

El hotel es bonito, luce recién construido o remodelado y varias personas del staff son muy amable, pero no te informan que la limpieza de realiza cada 4 días y cuando era el turno de mi habitación no la hicieron a pesar de que la solicité en recepción, me informaron mal el horario del desayuno por lo que pagué y a los 15 minutos empezaron a levantar todo, y una noche que subí al roof a tomar una cerveza en la terraza que en la noche se vuelve restaurante público pero ya había pocas mesas un hombre llegó prácticamente a correrme, le argumenté que era huésped y de forma agresiva me gritó y no se movió de ahí hasta que yo me saliera del lugar, una cosa es que los europeos sean más fríos que los latinos, otra muy distinta es que sean agresivos, mal educados y tengo cero sentido de hospitalidad.

J'ai mis un 2 étoiles pour le confort car j'aurai voulu qu'on nous informe qu'il y avait une panne de chauffage depuis plusieurs jours lors de notre arrivée! Ma chambre était un congélateur! Il a fallu que je réclame à la réception de nuit en rentrant d'un événement! Le jeune homme de ma réception du soir est venu dans ma chambre pour couper la soufflerie de clim et m'a dit qu'on aurait dû nous informer en notre arrivée. Je lui ai demandé une double couette et il me l'a ramené merci à lui sinon j'aurai fini gelé. C'est le seul bémol sinon tous les restes au top.

My friends and I booked a 6 bed private suite. And we’ve never experienced anything like this in all our travels. Despite being explicitly told that there would be no room cleaning during our 3-night stay, we returned to find our room had been cleaned, without any prior notice. One of our friend’s bags was found turned upside down, and upon checking, we discovered that €50 in cash had been stolen from a wallet that was inside the bag. We immediately reported this to the front desk, but the reception staff were completely unhelpful. They repeatedly said they’d look into it and get back to us “in 15 minutes,” yet we waited for two days with no explanation or accountability. We followed up multiple times, but both day and night staff seemed indifferent and casually dismissed our concerns. They assured us we'd receive an update via email after checkout, which, of course, never happened. This incident ruined our entire trip. Not only did we feel unsafe, but the complete lack of professionalism and responsibility from the staff was shocking. I strongly recommend that any travellers heading to Paris avoid this place at all costs. It is unsafe, unreliable, and run by staff who simply do not care.

property is average.Staff wise only 2 people in that property that treated us with respect and received a friendly greeting the rest is hard to say. I hope its only us felt that way or the mood of the staff is not good during our stay 😊
