We stayed for 4 nights and the room was just too hot… room 540. It never went down lower than 24 degrees. We followed all instructions then asked for maintenance. They did go but nothing happened. Maybe it’s just that room? Then they should fix it because it will result to reviews like this. No dust around the room bus very very dusty under sofa and bed. We are still giving 4 stars because all the staff were still very helpful especially front desk lady named ROKIN. She understood our ac problems that on our last day when I went down to the reception again regarding the AC, she just allowed us to sleep in another room. Comfortable enough before we checked out the following day. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel.
The room we had booked was a wheelchair accessible one what was given to us was a box room when we asked about it they said we don't have to stay there they made me feel totally uncomfortable and when we dined there we sat outside away from them staring and ridiculing everything we did and one guest kept slamming the door to reception and restaurant. Also the manager really didn't like what I said about the room the air conditioning was an electric fan the room stank of urine also it was fairly awkward for me as I needed a walk in shower what we had was a really high step in to a shower I had to become inventive and wash myself in the sink and that was not ideal but had to it's an awful setup. The amount they charged us for a tiny box room needless to say we will never return to that hotel.

The hotel stay was ok at best. I had to ask them 4 separate times to fix the air conditioning and they could not lower it past 24 C. Please keep in mind it was 90 degrees outside for the three hottest days in June. They gave me and 5 other guests a few bottle of water.
We arrived very late to our hotel. It’s not close enough to walk to from the eiffel tower. However you can see the tower from our room. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast staff was very nice too. The room was unique. It had a very nice balcony. You must have your own shampoo and conditioner. It was confortable for 1 night. PROS: price for location and balcony view CONS: not super clean, nor super dirty.
