Amazing place. Ideal location. Large rooms located in an ancien palace. Staff is great and very helpful.

Beautiful, central location. Exceptionally quiet in a very vibrant part of time. Beds very comfortable and room/studio very spacious. Jean- Luca was a wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable host.

Gian Luca was wonderful. He was very helpful and attentive, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel that it was important to him that we enjoy our stay. The location is also great. We very highly recommend it.

Dit is echt een heerlijk hotel. Het ligt zeer centraal en is een verborgen schat in een paleis in Palermo. Door de zware houten deur kom je op een binnenplaats en het hotel is op de eerste verdieping. Daar word je ontvangen door de vriendelijke Gianluca die je vertelt over de bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. De kamer was ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het heeft maar weinig kamers waardoor je niet dat grote hotelgevoel krijgt, maar het is een veel persoonlijker ervaring. De receptie is niet altijd bezet, maar dat is eigenlijk geen probleem, als je Gianluca appt antwoordt hij meteen. Bij vragen is hij zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijten doe je bij een bar om de hoek, dat heeft ook wel wat. Kortom, echt een aanrader.

Breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe about a 2 minute walk away. It was OK but lacked a little originality. The accommodation was fine, although probably better for 2 people rather than 4.

Sofa bed remained made up which reduced area for sitting in the lounge.

One of my favorite properties we stayed at while on our month trip in Italy! That's saying a lot as we stayed in 17 different properties! The gentlemen that helped us for check in was so kind and helpful. Made the check in process easy and also gave us so much insight on things to do! The room was massive and felt very much at home. They even include a free breakfast at nearby cafe. I would most definitely recommend this place to family & friends. I would personally stay here again without a doubt!

Greeting was pleasant,Apartment is superb,only bettered by the location,open the door downstairs and Palermo is in front of you. Fully equipped apartment,although we ate out.

Although you stocked up on, maybe needed, essentials in fridge or cupboard, majority of these were supplied at other apartments that we stayed in sicily,who were also cheaper to rent, free of charge. Cafe that provides your breakfast is staffed by most miserable,ignorant people you could meet,thought you should know,better off providing a basket to room!
